bee on white & purple flower

Because I take so many bee photos, as much as possible I try to capture shots that include different colors, different backgrounds and different types of flowers. It's my way of keeping things interesting, while continuing to photograph the same subject. Adding a little spice, if you will. I'm really happy with the way this one turned out, with the soft purple and white flower, the way the image pops off the darker background and the gentle dusting of pollen covering the bee. A beautiful little moment in time.
