I saw this eagle on a very cold morning. If I recall, the temperature was around 27 degrees, which may not sound like much for some, but for a lifelong Californian, that's pretty chilly. I could have easily stayed inside where it was warm, but I felt the need to go explore and hopefully come across something beautiful. And I sure did! It ended up being my most incredible eagle sighting to-date, and acted as a powerful reminder that comfort never leads to new and exciting experiences.
“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
