 There were many times on my road trip in which I'd be driving along and suddenly have to pull over or make a U-turn in order to photograph whatever cool thing I just passed. This was one of those times. Another photographer even showed up while I was shooting and said "I was just going to keep driving, but I saw you taking photos and it motivated me to make the effort." Hopefully she got some photos she was happy with.

 Just over here casually taking photos of people taking photos. The sun had just set and a gentle fog slowly crept in; one of many wonderful nights spent on the Oregon coast.
"The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do." -Andy Warhol  I spent a couple days in Newport during my recent road trip through Oregon. Good food, good beer, beautiful beaches and a big harbor full of seals, birds and boats. It was a fun stop and I'm glad that the winds of adventure brought me here.

There are very few ways that I can think of to better open and end a day.
